We bring them together under one fiduciary standard - the Family Office.Role Overview The Client Services- New Business Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all new applications received all the way through funding and investment. Duties and responsibilitiesAccurately process all new investment account applicationsAccurately process all new Annuity applications Manage between 30-50 cases on a weekly basis Accurately enter and update client data into CRMFollow up and resolve cases that are not in good order or need additional information Coordinate and complete conference calls between clients and delivery firmsMaintain and update financial accounts as needed within CRM Provide advisor and client supportWork with investment team members to ensure timely investment of client accountsResponsible for funding each client account (assets under management and annuity) QualificationsAssociates degree or higherPreferred 2 years' experience in financial services (application processing a plus)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent customer service skills.Detailed orientedProficient in Microsoft Office suite primarily email, calendar and excel Benefits$58,000 base salary plus monthly production bonus 401(k) with a matching contribution up to 13%.United Healthcare PPO medical coverage for employees, paid by the company.Delta Dental PPO, United Healthcare Vision, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, Life Insurance, and many more voluntary options.Generous holidays and PTO.Future career growth opportunity.Come and join a team that is making a difference in their clients and employee's lives!
