Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Coordinate onboarding and ongoing service delivery for new and existing clients
- Schedule meetings, calls, and deliverables across internal teams and clients
- Track open client requests and ensure timely resolution
- Prepare status reports, proposals, and client-facing documentation
- Monitor client satisfaction and escalate issues to management when needed
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and support teams to align on client needs
- Assist with invoicing, contract renewals, and account documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve client service processes
Requirements
- 2plus years of experience in client services, account coordination, or customer support
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a hybrid, fast-paced office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Problem-solving mindset with a client-first attitude
