Careerscape is recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing professional services firm in New York, for a Client Services Coordinator to join their hybrid team. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented, people-first professional to serve as a key point of contact for clients, keeping projects on track and relationships running smoothly.

Day to day, you will juggle client communications, internal coordination, and administrative follow-through in equal measure. The role suits someone who thrives on organization, enjoys problem-solving on the fly, and takes genuine satisfaction in making clients feel heard and well taken care of.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Coordinate onboarding and ongoing service delivery for new and existing clients
  • Schedule meetings, calls, and deliverables across internal teams and clients
  • Track open client requests and ensure timely resolution
  • Prepare status reports, proposals, and client-facing documentation
  • Monitor client satisfaction and escalate issues to management when needed
  • Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and support teams to align on client needs
  • Assist with invoicing, contract renewals, and account documentation
  • Identify opportunities to improve client service processes

Requirements

  • 2plus years of experience in client services, account coordination, or customer support
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid, fast-paced office environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • Problem-solving mindset with a client-first attitude
