Day to day, you will juggle inboxes, calendars, and client requests while keeping a calm, organized approach under pressure. The role suits someone who thrives on being the go-to problem solver, enjoys clear communication, and takes pride in making clients feel heard and well taken care of. You will work closely with account managers and operations staff, so a collaborative mindset and strong follow-through are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Coordinate onboarding and ensure smooth client transitions
  • Schedule and prepare materials for client meetings and calls
  • Track client requests and follow up to ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain accurate client records and account documentation
  • Collaborate with account managers to identify client needs
  • Prepare status reports and summaries for internal stakeholders
  • Assist in resolving service issues and escalating when necessary
  • Support billing and invoicing coordination with the finance team
  • Identify opportunities to improve the client experience

Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Two or more years in a client services or coordination role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Professional demeanor when interacting with clients
