Careerscape is recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing professional services firm in New York, for a Client Services Coordinator to serve as the day-to-day connective tissue between the firm and its client accounts. Day-to-day, you will juggle inboxes, calendars, and check-ins across a portfolio of client accounts, making sure nothing falls through the cracks while keeping every interaction warm and professional. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts
- Coordinate onboarding for new clients and ensure a smooth handoff to service teams
- Schedule and confirm client meetings, calls, and deliverable deadlines
- Maintain accurate client records and account notes in the CRM system
- Track open client requests and follow up to ensure timely resolution
- Prepare status reports, meeting agendas, and client-facing documents
- Partner with internal teams to relay client feedback and escalate issues as needed
- Monitor client satisfaction and flag at-risk accounts to management
- Assist with invoicing, contract renewals, and administrative account tasks
- Support special projects and process improvements for the client services team
Requirements
- 2 or more years of experience in a client services, account coordination, or customer-facing role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple client accounts and priorities at once
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments
- Problem-solving mindset with a calm, professional demeanor under pressure
- Availability to work onsite in New York, NY on a hybrid schedule
