A Florida-based banking services organization is seeking a new Client Services Assistant to support client service operations, ensuring seamless interactions and effective communication between clients and internal teams.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: 5 days a week
- Hours: 9am to 5pm (EST)
Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the Account Manager
- Responding to client inquiries and ensuring timely follow-up
- Coordinating with internal teams to resolve client issues
- Assisting in client outreach and documentation management
- Ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Bilingual (English and Portuguese or Spanish)
- Solid problem solving and time management skills
- Exceptional phone etiquette
- Excellent great and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
