Position Overview

The Client Success Manager is responsible for owning the client experience from initial inquiry

through project kickoff. This role works directly with clients to understand needs, define accurate

scopes of work, set clear expectations, and drive proposals to signature.

This position plays a critical role in operational success-the better a project is set up, the better it is

executed.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from first call through project approval

Communicate with clients to understand needs and develop clear, accurate scopes of work

Prepare and present proposals; follow up to secure signed approvals

Set expectations with clients regarding scope, timing, and deliverables

Ensure all required project information is complete and accurate prior to scheduling

Coordinate with operations and scheduling teams for a smooth handoff

Maintain consistent follow-up with clients to drive responsiveness and close opportunities

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

High proposal close rate

Accurate and complete scopes of work

Minimal project issues caused by miscommunication or unclear expectations

Strong client satisfaction and repeat business

Smooth handoffs to operations with all required information

Qualifications

2+ years in a client-facing role (construction, field services, or related industry preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple projects and follow up consistently

Comfortable discussing scope, pricing, and closing proposals

Problem-solving mindset with a focus on execution
