Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 + Overtime Eligible

Key Responsibilities for the Customer Service Coordinator:
• Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls, emails, and service requests.
• Coordinate customer communication regarding appointments, service updates, schedule changes, and technician arrivals.
• Support the Dispatch team by gathering, documenting, and updating service information.
• Maintain accurate records and customer information within company systems.
• Assist with follow-ups, problem escalation, and ensuring service requests are completed efficiently.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to support daily operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications for the Customer Service Coordinator:
• 2+ years of customer service, call center, administrative support, or service coordination experience preferred.
• Experience working in a high-volume customer service environment.
• Strong computer skills, including data entry and basic spreadsheet proficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting dispatch, field service, or operations teams is a plus.
• Comfortable learning new systems and technology.
