Client Intake and Assessment Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Client Intake and Assessment Attorney to join its Business Real Estate team in San Diego, CA. The ideal candidate will possess litigation experience and demonstrate strong client service skills.Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service for new case referrals.Handle initial case calls and emails, routing to appropriate attorneys.Assist with new case setup, including generating internal case numbers and agreements.Gather new case information from referrals, including documentation and witness details.Provide basic legal representation and counsel clients appropriately.Represent the firm internally and externally.Support legal, management, and client service goals as needed.Requirements J.D. and active California Bar license.5+ years of experience as a licensed California attorney.Previous civil litigation experience.Experience in landlord-tenant law.Ability to communicate regularly with clients on various topics.Ability to multitask and meet inflexible deadlines independently and in a team.Education Graduate degree.Certifications Active California Bar license.Skills Experience with ProLaw or other billing and document management programs preferred.Benefits Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.401(k) plan.Paid vacation and sick time.#J-18808-Ljbffr
