Job Overview:
between the property management team, GSS, and the client and is responsible for overseeing field knowledge, performance, and presentation of client accounting services within a designated territory. This role is accountable for performing financial reviews, supporting client relationship plans, plays a key role in the preparation of Special Assessments from concept to billing, and the oversight of team's delivery of annual property budgets. In addition, this role is accountable for compliance, technical training, and the consistent application of best practices across on-site accounting teams. The Client Financial Business Partner collaborates extensively with peers and key property operations to drive retention, efficiency, and share best practices with the objective of strengthening the relationship with the client. This role requires cross-functional leadership and excellent communication skills to partner with operations, interact with both internal and external clients, and be a knowledgeable leader in financial accounting and the property management industry.

This position works under usual office conditions. The employee is required to work at a personal computer as well as be on the phone for extended periods of time. Must be able to stand, sit and walk. The incumbent must be able to work extended and flexible hours and weekends as needed. Physical demands include the ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
