Client Experience & Logistics Coordinator

No Sweat Services is seeking a client-focused Client Experience & Logistics Coordinator to join our remote team. In this role, you will manage client account workflows, oversee hospitality booking details, and coordinate customized travel itineraries across our global vendor networks. You will act as a main operational contact—processing requests, resolving schedule updates, and maintaining record accuracy within our internal CRM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients via phone, email, and virtual platforms to gather travel preferences and budget parameters.
• Manage client account files within company CRM systems to ensure itinerary accuracy.
• Coordinate directly with hotel groups, cruise lines, tour operators, and transportation providers.
• Draft, audit, and issue comprehensive operational travel schedules and itineraries.
• Deliver prompt support for trip modifications, cancellations, or schedule adjustments.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the US.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality support, or administrative operations.
• Dedicated home office setup with high-speed internet and personal computer.
