    About the Role

    We’re a new Assisting Hands Home Care agency in Sugar Land, TX, and we’re looking for a Client Care Coordinator who already understands caregiving. If you’ve worked as a caregiver, CNA, or scheduler and want to grow your career, this role is a strong next step.

    What You’ll Do

    • Support scheduling and match caregivers to clients
    • Handle client intake calls and service needs
    • Communicate with caregivers and families
    • Complete non‑clinical in‑home check-ins
    • Keep client notes and care plans organized
    • Help build simple, effective start‑up processes
    What We’re Looking For

    • Caregiver, CNA, or home care experience strongly preferred
    • Friendly, organized, and reliable
    • Comfortable with basic scheduling software
    • Professional communication skills
    • Reliable transportation for occasional visits
