Responsibilities
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong computer skills including Excel Spreadsheets
- Experience with JD Edwards and On Screen Take Off is a plus
- Analytical, detail-minded, team oriented and a good communicator (internal and external customers)
- Ability to read bid sets, architectural plans as well as construct cost estimates preferred
- A visual learner with strong organizational skills and autonomous mindset
- Permitting experience and experience working with a Builder
- Self-motivated to be able to multi-task and meet deadlines
- A problem solver who can take ownership of projects
Requirements:
- High School Diploma is required; Bachelors Degree or equivalent homebuilding experience is preferred
- Experience working in a construction related capacity a real plus
- Experience conducting bid analysis a plus

The schedule of this position will be Monday - Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM plus additional hours as necessary.
