Client Account Coordinator
REMOTE – U.S.
ImpactBio is growing, and we’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and client-focused Client Account Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Program Leads to support client programs, coordinate cross-functional activities, and help ensure an exceptional experience for both clients and internal stakeholders.

In This Role, You Will:
- Work closely with the Program Leads to support day-to-day client account management and program execution
- Maintain and manage program rosters, including tracking headcount, territory assignments, onboarding/offboarding status, and organizational updates
- Serve as a key point of contact for client communications and ongoing support
- Coordinate client deliverables and ensure timely follow-up on action items
- Partner with internal teams including recruiting, operations, training, and leadership to support client needs
- Maintain accurate records, reporting, and documentation across internal systems
- Monitor account activity and proactively identify and resolve issues
- Prepare client reports, meeting materials, status updates, and presentations
- Support onboarding, scheduling, project coordination, and operational initiatives
- Help ensure a high level of client satisfaction through responsiveness and attention to detail
- Assist with special projects and additional responsibilities as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Prior experience in account coordination, client services, customer support, project coordination, or related field preferred
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
- Professionalism, adaptability, and a customer-service mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong time management and follow-through skills
