LOCAL CDL DRIVERS WANTED! We’re looking for experienced Class A CDL Drivers for local routes in the Wilmington, CA area. Enjoy $32-$33/hr, consistent evening hours, home every day, and NO manual loading or unloading! This is a great opportunity for experienced drivers looking for steady local work without long-haul routes.
Key Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL required
- TWIC card required for PM shift/port work
- Previous CDL driving experience required; 3 years preferred
- Experience driving 10-speed manual and automatic trucks
- Current DOT Medical Card
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices
- Ability to complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Ability to maintain accurate driver logs, delivery paperwork, and required documentation
- Comfortable navigating local roads, customer locations, and delivery sites
- Moving general commodities at legal weight — no Hazmat
- Spanish-speaking candidates welcome!
- Must meet applicable DOT/FMCSA driver qualification requirements
Shifts:
- PM Shift: 5:00 PM-2:00/3:00 AM
- Local driving — home every day!
Duration:
- Temporary through January
