Class A CDL Driver – Dedicated OTR | 100% No-Touch Freight

We are hiring Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated dry van account serving the Eastern United States. This position offers consistent freight, predictable miles, automatic equipment, and 100% no-touch freight.

Drivers operate primarily along the I-95 corridor from Florida to Maine, with additional freight extending into Ohio and Alabama. This is an excellent opportunity for drivers seeking a dedicated freight network and steady weekly miles.

Pay & Compensation

Average Weekly Earnings: $1,507

Top Weekly Earnings: $1,683

Average Annual Earnings: $78,389

Top Annual Earnings: $87,557

Mileage Pay

• 0–5 Months Experience: $0.64 CPM
• 6–11 Months Experience: $0.645 CPM
• 12–23 Months Experience: $0.65 CPM
• 24–35 Months Experience: $0.66 CPM
• 36–47 Months Experience: $0.67 CPM
• 48–59 Months Experience: $0.68 CPM
• 60+ Months Experience: $0.69 CPM

Additional Pay

• $15 stop pay after first pickup and first delivery
• $15 per hour detention pay (up to 9 hours)
• Mentor pay opportunities available ($175 per day)

Home Time & Schedule

• Home 2 days every two weeks
• Typical schedule is 14 days out
• Drivers may choose to stay out longer
• Earn an additional day off for every extra week worked beyond the standard schedule
• 24/7 operation
• Night deliveries may be required

What You'll Do

• Haul dedicated retail and dry van freight
• Operate along the I-95 corridor from Florida to Maine
• Run freight west into Ohio and south into Alabama
• Average approximately 2,000 miles per week
• Handle a mix of:
  • 50% live load/unload freight
  • 50% drop-and-hook freight
• Average approximately 2 stops per week

• Automatic transmission tractors

• Truck parking available at home or approved secure locations

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Ability to operate safely throughout the Eastern U.S.
• Comfortable driving along the I-95 corridor
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Professional attitude and commitment to safety
