Our client is a well-established and highly respected civil construction contractor with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex infrastructure, earthwork, utility, roadway, and site development projects. With a commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction, they continue to expand their presence across the region and are looking to add a talented Project Manager to their team.
Manage multiple civil construction projects from contract award through closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams. Monitor project performance and ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget. Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Review project drawings, specifications, contracts, and change orders. Identify and mitigate project risks while resolving operational challenges. Manage procurement activities and subcontractor performance. Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental regulations. Oversee project documentation, reporting, and financial tracking. Support estimating and preconstruction efforts when required. Foster strong client relationships and contribute to future business opportunities.

A successful Civil Project Manager should have: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred. Proven experience managing civil construction projects, including site development, utilities, earthwork, roadways, highways, or infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls. Experience managing subcontractors, vendor relationships, and project teams. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts. Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and quality standards. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
