Hydraulic design of drainage systems
sizing/placement of surface drainage structures (ditches)
design and sizing of subsurface drainage structures and systems
sizing/design of detention/retention structures
design and selection of flow control structures
Site layout and earthwork balancing
geometric design of roadways
Selection and integration of appropriate/required stormwater BMPs into drainage systems

Additionally, suitable candidate should have some general experience in concrete and steel design.  The optimum candidate would have a background in design of industrial and petro chemical facilities. Successful candidate should also feel comfortable leading deign efforts and working with younger engineers. Â
