Position Summary: 

The Sales Representative will focus on the growth of Rhinegeist in Southwest Ohio and the surrounding areas, the creation of incredible relationships within our current market and building awareness of the Rhinegeist brand in areas currently not served.

Essential Functions:

• Develop and execute a business plan to grow the Cincinnati market
• Build & execute weekly, monthly and quarterly plans to achieve annual market goals
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key retailers and distributor personnel
• Represent Rhinegeist at festivals, dinners, tastings and events
• Manage Point of Sale (POS) & execute marketing strategy throughout the territory
• Sell in and conduct training programs with retailers, restaurateurs and consumers on the Rhinegeist portfolio
• Conduct and/or attend sales meetings, educate sales personnel on Rhinegeist brands, and ride with sales personnel
• Execute quarterly sales and performance metrics
• Possess strong communication and presentation skills
• Be energetic, organized and a motivated problem solver who can focus and achieve quarterly objectives
• Deep knowledge of the local craft geography and culture

• Located in Cincinnati, OH
• 2+ years experience in beverage sales experience preferred but not required
• Familiarity with Excel, Asana Encompass and Google Suites
• Experience and competence with Microsoft office suite 
• Excellent communication and time management skills and a palpable
• Basic understanding of industry terminology and beverage reporting metrics
• Occasional heavy lifting required. Up to 50 lbs. 
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
• Must be 21 years of age or older
