Qualifications

A qualified candidate must possess the following:
For Entry Level (CY-01):

Education
At minimum a high school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) is required.
Proof of education is required at the time of application. Note: Education must be directly related to the position to be filled. General Education courses do not count toward the credit total.
All education documents must be in English or have a translated copy provided.
In order to meet entry level requirement you must upload a copy of your HS Diploma, HS Transcript (showing the completion date), GED certificate or proof of a college degree. To meet the requirements beyond entry level a college transcript showing course work or certifications will be required to validate the higher graded qualifications.

Eligibility for both the Sign on and Retention incentive will be applicable to newly hired individuals and rehired individuals (i.e., one being reinstated or re-employed after a break in service of at least 1 year) in regular full time or part time positions.
Sign on bonus for position: $1000.00 initial sign on
Sign on Bonuses Require the incumbent to complete their training.
Once employed for 30 days, sign on bonuses are paid.
Retention Bonus: $1500.00
Incumbent must be employed for 12 months.
Retention bonuses are paid in quarterly increments following 12-month employment period.
Requires successful completion of Virtual Lab School (VLS) training track (15 modules).
