    Position Overview

    An internationally recognized family is seeking a sophisticated Chief of Staff  to oversee multiple luxury waterfront residences throughout South Florida while supporting the family's evolving lifestyle and business interests.

    This highly visible leadership role requires a strategic operator capable of managing complex household operations while delivering an unparalleled level of white-glove service.

    Responsibilities

    • Direct all daily operations across multiple estates.

    • Lead and inspire household staff, executive assistants, yacht personnel, drivers, and vendors.

    • Develop long-term operational strategies and service standards.

    • Manage estate budgets, financial reporting, payroll coordination, and vendor negotiations.

    • Oversee preventative maintenance programs and luxury asset management.

    • Coordinate private aviation, yacht schedules, travel itineraries, and special events.

    • Manage security personnel, emergency preparedness, and privacy initiatives.

    • Oversee new construction, renovations, interior design installations, and art acquisitions.

    • Coordinate with the family office regarding financial reporting and operational planning.

    • Ensure seamless transitions between residences throughout the year.

    Qualifications

    • Must speak Spanish.
    • Extensive experience managing multiple luxury estates.

    • Previous leadership within private service or family office environments.

    • Strong understanding of luxury hospitality and estate operations.

    • Demonstrated experience managing budgets exceeding several million dollars annually.

    • Exceptional emotional intelligence and executive communication skills.

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

    • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
