    • A state license to practice medicine
    • Completion of 1 year of graduate medical education
    • Experience in a position with responsibility for medical management, including clinical service or department-level leadership
    • Obtain and maintain clinical privileges after completing Graduate Medical Education (GME) training at the first duty station
    • Completion of Officer Training School
    • Must be at least 18 years old and not have reached your 48th birthday
