Organizing and executing large-scale fundraising for Series B financing
Development of company-wide strategy and business plans from a financial perspective
Budget formulation, performance analysis, and reporting
Execution of operations based on overall policy and management of their progress
Planning and implementation of individual projects
Support for administrative department members by facilitating communication with them
Development and execution of action plans to strengthen organizational structure
Grant acquisition and related project management
Leadership in shareholder communications
