    Job Overview


    Our client, a nonprofit community healthcare provider, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). You will oversee all broad finance-related functions including accounting, A/R, A/P, purchasing, audit, banking, facilities, federal compliance, reporting, and grant audits. You will also maintain the organization’s relationship with lending institutions and its Board of Directors.     What you will do:

    • Oversee finance and accounting functions for the organization, including budgeting, federal compliance, financial grant management and grant audits
    • Manage financial reporting to the Board of Directors and finance committee
    • Lead negotiations with external partners regarding alternative payment methods, payment rates, and contracts
    • Identify opportunities for revenue growth; develop and implement plans related to addressing such issues
    • Inspire a shared vision at all levels of the organization


    What qualifications will make you successful:

    • 10+ years’ of finance experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
    • Non-profit and grant experience
    • Ability to demonstrate agility in an innovative environment


    Preferences:

    • Experience with Alternative Payment Methods (APM)
    • Previous CFO experience
    • CPA is preferred


    Compensation:

    • $160K-$200K base
    • This compensation range is a good faith estimate of the expected wage range you can expect to be paid upon hire
