Community Initiatives is seeking a visionary and strategic Chief Executive Officer to lead the organization through its next phase of growth and impact. As one of the nation's leading fiscal sponsors, Community Initiatives provides the operational infrastructure, financial stewardship, and strategic support that enable nonprofit leaders and social innovators to focus on advancing their missions. Reporting to and partnering closely with the Board of Directors, the CEO will champion a people-centered culture, drive organizational effectiveness, strengthen partnerships across the nonprofit and philanthropic sectors, and elevate the organization's visibility and influence.

This leader will guide strategy, operational excellence, financial sustainability, and sector engagement while fostering collaboration, innovation, and equity. The ideal candidate brings significant senior leadership experience in the nonprofit, philanthropic, or social impact sector, a deep understanding of fiscal sponsorship and organizational growth, and a demonstrated ability to inspire teams, build trusted relationships, and translate vision into measurable community impact. A competitive compensation package will be offered to the selected candidate. The base salary range for this role is $350,000 - $400,000, plus comprehensive benefits.
