    • Blend entrepreneurial agility with institutional rigor to professionalize and scale the organization.

    • Be a visible, hands-on leader — credible to both frontline employees and investors.

    Financial & Operational Discipline

    • Own full P&L accountability across all business units.

    • Drive data-driven management: contract profitability, utilization, safety, and customer satisfaction.

    • Optimize working capital, pricing, and cash conversion to maximize enterprise value.

    • Deliver board- and lender-ready reporting with transparency and precision.

    Stakeholder & Board Management

    • Partner closely with the Executive Chairman and sponsor team on strategy and governance.

    • Engage directly with capital providers, understanding leverage dynamics and liquidity management.

    • Represent the company externally with customers, suppliers, regulators, and communities.

    Ideal Profile

    • Experience: 15–25 years in facilities services, industrial services, logistics, or related operational industries.

    • P&L Scope: Has owned a $50–$300 million P&L or led a large regional division with full accountability.

    • Integration Skill Set: Proven success integrating acquisitions or managing complex multi-site operations.

    • Leadership Style: Direct, decisive, and execution-driven, with high emotional intelligence and team alignment.

    • Financial Acumen: Fluent in EBITDA dynamicscash flow, and value creation in leveraged environments.

    • Mindset: Entrepreneurial, scrappy, and hungry — thrives amid complexity and opportunity.

    • Personal Qualities: Integrity, grit, and credibility across every level — from the front line to the boardroom.
