The CEO will take the reins of a powerful foundation and lead the integration of three regional businesses into one national, institutional-quality operator — uniting teams, driving efficiencies, and positioning the platform for sustained growth through both organic initiatives and acquisitions.
Lead the integration of three independent companies into a single, unified platform.
Build centralized functional infrastructure across finance, HR, procurement, IT, sales, and operations.
Capture and deliver synergies in SG&A, routing, and procurement, expanding EBITDA margin by 400+ basis points.
Establish a performance-driven culture grounded in accountability, efficiency, and shared purpose.
Design and execute a multi-year growth plan focused on market density, cross-selling, and M&A.
Source and integrate strategic add-on acquisitions to expand geographic reach and service breadth.
Architect the go-to-market strategy — brand platform, sales engine, KPIs, and customer retention model.
Recruit, develop, and inspire a world-class executive team across operations, finance, sales, and HR.
Blend entrepreneurial agility with institutional rigor to professionalize and scale the organization.
Be a visible, hands-on leader — credible to both frontline employees and investors.
Own full P&L accountability across all business units.
Drive data-driven management: contract profitability, utilization, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Optimize working capital, pricing, and cash conversion to maximize enterprise value.
Deliver board- and lender-ready reporting with transparency and precision.
Partner closely with the Executive Chairman and sponsor team on strategy and governance.
Engage directly with capital providers, understanding leverage dynamics and liquidity management.
Represent the company externally with customers, suppliers, regulators, and communities.
Experience: 15–25 years in facilities services, industrial services, logistics, or related operational industries.
P&L Scope: Has owned a $50–$300 million P&L or led a large regional division with full accountability.
Integration Skill Set: Proven success integrating acquisitions or managing complex multi-site operations.
Leadership Style: Direct, decisive, and execution-driven, with high emotional intelligence and team alignment.
Financial Acumen: Fluent in EBITDA dynamics, cash flow, and value creation in leveraged environments.
Mindset: Entrepreneurial, scrappy, and hungry — thrives amid complexity and opportunity.
