We are looking for an enthusiastic Training Director to join our team at Chick-fil-A Gurnee . Having a management professional is an integral part to our success. You will ensure that our team is properly trained in all areas of the restaurant, lead our Team Members to excellence by setting high standards, and teach our values to promote a positive culture. Your contribution will be essential to having a successful restaurant operation and maintaining our positive work culture.
Your Impact
- Delivering operational excellence, working in strategic areas of the business, both BOH and FOH, to identify training needs
- Creating training initiatives based on identified restaurant needs, new product and system rollouts
- Developing aspiring leaders, provide a clear growth path for team members to grow through all tiers of leadership
- Developing a team of trainers, creating an inspiring vision, coaching and holding people accountable to training objectives
- Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food & team safety
- Increase overall restaurant results, working cross-functionally with other department leaders through attending weekly meetings and setting high-level collaborative goals
Background Profile
- 5 years of leadership / training experience (required)
- Previous Corporate Training experience and/or proven ability to implement training plans in a past role (required)
- Previous Chick-fil-A experience (highly preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- Hospitality experience (preferred)
- Passion for Chick-fil-A's values
