    This Front of House Manager / Hospitality Director role is a hands-on leadership opportunity designed for individuals seeking a long-term partnership to make an impact with Chick-fil-A. This role plays a critical part in shaping culture, developing leaders, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.


    The position follows a structured leadership development path with mentorship and clear expectations, designed to build on prior experience and immerse leaders in the Chick-fil-A business. By around month six, this role is positioned to step fully into leadership and begin making a meaningful impact, with long-term growth and opportunity

    Your Impact


    • Coaching and developing Shift Leaders to confidently run high-performing shifts
    • Managing a team of 20+ by setting clear expectations and holding people accountable to high standards
    • Implementing systems to improve productivity, reduce labor waste, and steward profitability
    • Partnering cross-functionally with Back of House to ensure smooth hand-offs and seamless guest experiences

    What We’re Looking For

    • 2+ years of experience developing and leading teams
    • Experience leading teams of 20+ team members
    • Open availability (45-hour standard work week)
    • Coach-player leadership mentality
    • Passion for hospitality and people development
    • Strong alignment with Chick-fil-A’s values
    • Desire for long-term growth within a Chick-fil-A organization
