Description
Job Summary: Support the DC Government's PASS Modernization Project replacing an on-premises procurement system with a cloud solution. Drive user adoption through structured change management, stakeholder communications, training programs, impact assessments, and job aids while minimizing workflow disruptions. The expected project length for this position is 12+ months.
Must-Have Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Change Management, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
16+ years of change management experience, including documentation with strong writing/editing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
Ability to collaborate, work independently, and manage multiple projects.
Willingness to work onsite 4 days per week.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience with contract law or procurement processes.
