Overview

a respected, growing regional CPA and advisory firm is seeking a CFO Advisory Services - Senior Manager to lead fractional CFO and CFO-advisory projects for privately held businesses.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute CFO advisory projects, including fractional CFO engagements
• Build dynamic financial models to support strategic planning
• Provide financial leadership on budgeting, acquisitions and other key business processes
• Create cash management and forecasting tools; work with management on key metrics
• Complete department assessments and improve month-end close, reporting and analysis
• Lead projects such as product/service cost studies, customer or product profitability, ERP utilization, buy/sell-side due diligence, and refinance or restructuring efforts
• Develop the sales pipeline for CFO services with internal business development and external referral networks, community and industry organizations

Qualifications

• Senior-level consulting/CFO advisory experience (the posting does not list specific years or credentials)
• Background in fractional CFO, financial modeling, forecasting and transaction support
• Ability to drive business development for advisory and outsourced accounting services
