Compensation:
Pay Range: $45,000 Per Year

Description:
• Join us in Astoria, NY as a full-time Certified Recovery Peer Advocate (CRPA). 
• You'll work directly with individuals in recovery, utilizing your own experience to help others overcome substance abuse challenges. 
• This role requires a full CRPA certification and familiarity with trauma-informed care.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Full CRPA or CRPA-P certification required 
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care
• Experience in peer support or recovery settings
• Ability to work Mon-Fri 08:30am-04:30pm
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications:
• Certified Recovery Peer Advocate (CRPA or CRPA-P) certification required
• Experience in addiction recovery
• Knowledge of community resources
• Ability to lead support groups
• Experience with individualized recovery planning
