Certified Medical Assistant – OBGYN
Location: Tulsa, OK
 Pay: $17–$20/hour, based on experience
 Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
 
Position Overview
HireCall is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join a busy OBGYN office in Tulsa. OBGYN experience is preferred, but candidates with strong medical assisting experience are encouraged to apply.

The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented medical office.
 
Responsibilities

  • Room patients and prepare them for appointments
  • Take and record patient vital signs
  • Administer injections
  • Assist physicians during office procedures
  • Handle triage phone calls
  • Record and update patient histories
  • Maintain accurate paper patient charts
  • Help maintain efficient patient flow throughout the office
  • Provide professional and compassionate patient care
Qualifications & Skills
  • Certified Medical Assistant experience required
  • Active CMA certification is preferred; relevant experience may be considered
  • OBGYN experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask in a busy medical office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and patient-care skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Comfortable working with paper medical charts
