Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)

This position will support patient intake, flow coordination, and clinical workflows, allowing licensed staff to focus on direct patient care and ensuring essential services such as new hire medical assessments, injury care, and exposure management continue without disruption. We are actively implementing internal adjustments, including back-office staff rotating to support front-end duties; however, this approach is not sustainable and further reduces available clinical capacity.

Duration: 13 weeks

Mandatory Skills: Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Medical Assistant.

Job Description: The MA role is critical to stabilizing clinic operations during this period. This position will support patient intake, flow coordination, and clinical workflows, allowing licensed staff to focus on direct patient care and ensuring essential services such as new hire medical assessments, injury care, and exposure management continue without disruption. We are actively implementing internal adjustments, including back-office staff rotating to support front-end duties; however, this approach is not sustainable and further reduces available clinical capacity. Additional MA support is necessary to maintain safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
