Compensation: $110,000 Base Salary + Performance Compensation | $182,000+ On-Target Earnings

What You'll Do
As a Fractional CEO, you'll partner directly with law firm owners to:
- Build and execute business growth strategies
- Improve profitability and cash flow
- Develop organizational structure and leadership teams
- Coach owners through strategic business decisions
- Improve operational execution and accountability
- Build businesses that become less owner-dependent
- Help owners transition from working in the business to leading the business
This is hands-on executive leadership.
You won't deliver reports and walk away.
You'll help business owners implement change, measure results, and stay accountable until their businesses improve.
Who This Role Is For
This role is designed for experienced business operators who have successfully led and grown entrepreneurial businesses.
Typical backgrounds include:
- CEO
- President
- Founder
- Business Owner
- General Manager
- COO
- Operations Executive
- EOS Integrator
You should have:
- 10+ years of executive leadership experience
- Direct, hands-on experience working with the owners of small to mid-sized businesses. You understand the pace, challenges, and decision-making required in entrepreneurial companies and know how to help owners turn vision into execution.
- Full P&L responsibility for businesses ranging from approximately $500K to $50M+ in annual revenue
- Proven success improving profitability, cash flow, and overall business performance
- Experience building teams, systems, and organizational accountability
- Strong executive coaching and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
Experience as a Fractional CEO or multi-client executive advisor is a plus but not required.

This Role Is NOT a Fit If
- Your background is primarily sales, business development, or account management
- You don't have direct experience working with the owners or founders of small to mid-sized businesses
- You don't have direct P&L ownership for businesses ranging from approximately $500K to $50M+ in annual revenue
- You prefer large corporate environments with multiple layers of management and established infrastructure
- You avoid difficult conversations or accountability
- You're looking for a traditional executive role leading one internal company
- Your experience is primarily consulting or advisory work without hands-on operational leadership and execution
Compensation & Benefits
- $110,000 Base Salary
- Performance Compensation with $182,000+ On-Target Earnings
