Known for its stability, growth mindset, and commitment to operational excellence, the company is seeking a Central Operations Coordinator to support owner operators, terminal partners, and customers while contributing to business growth and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities (Operations Coordinator)
• Support owner operators with operational needs, issue resolution, and day-to-day communication
• Build relationships with terminals, agents, and customers while providing ongoing operational support
• Monitor load availability, equipment positioning, and owner operator capacity to maximize utilization
• Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and support inside sales and business development efforts
• Perform administrative and operational functions including account setup, credit checks, load advances, reporting, and documentation management
Qualifications (Operations Coordinator)
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1-2 years of related business, operations, logistics, or customer service experience required
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with drivers, customers, vendors, and internal teams
• Customer-focused, analytical, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
