Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with set up and breakdown of simulation, skills lab, and other educational events
- Pull, organize, stock, and return supplies and equipment for scheduled activities
- Support inventory organization, stocking, and unpacking of supplies
- Assist with front desk coverage and general office duties as needed
- Help maintain clean, organized, and learner-ready simulation spaces
- Assist with the basic care, cleaning, and organization of simulation and medical equipment
- Participate in training on simulation equipment, technology, and operations as appropriate
- Assist with simulation activities and scenario testing as training and experience allow
- Provide general operational support to Simulation Center staff
- Perform other applicable duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Dependable, organized, and able to follow directions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems as needed
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to assist with a variety of operational tasks
- Previous simulation or healthcare experience is not required; a healthcare background or related experience is a plus
Required EducationMust be enrolled as a student at Belmont University. Required ExperienceBasic computer literacy with proficiency in Windows formats: Word, Powerpoint, and Excel.
