Drivers run multi-state dry van routes with average hauls of 700–750 miles, mostly drop-and-hook freight, and a structured 12-day operating cycle followed by 48 hours at home.Southeast Regional FreightThis fleet moves no-touch dry van freight across regional lanes throughout the Southeast and surrounding states. Drivers operate within an established freight network that provides a mix of longer trips and repeat regional corridors.Most loads are drop-and-hook, with some live unload deliveries depending on the customer. Drivers are not responsible for unloading freight. Average haul lengths of 700–750 miles help build weekly mileage without depending entirely on short trips and frequent customer stops.Schedule and Home TimeDrivers spend 12 days running regional freight before returning home for a guaranteed 48-hour reset every other weekend. The repeating schedule provides a defined home-time routine while allowing enough road time to maintain productive mileage.Assigned tractors may be taken home for scheduled resets when safe truck parking is available. Drivers can also use an approved parking location when needed.Weekly EarningsAverage pay ranges from $1,350–$1,500 per week based on miles and experience. Detention compensation is available for qualifying delays.After 6 months, eligible drivers have access to medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and participation in a 401(k) retirement plan.Equipment for the RoadDrivers operate 2021 or newer Freightliner and Kenworth tractors with automatic transmissions. Trucks are equipped with APUs, inverters, refrigerator space, and TV and microwave mounts for added convenience while away from home.Equipment receives regularly scheduled preventive maintenance to help reduce avoidable downtime during regional trips.Additional Driver ProgramsRider and pet programs are available after approval.
