CK Transportation is hiring CDL-A truck drivers with at least 3 months of recent experience for multi-state regional operations. Drivers in this fleet run established interstate lanes with consistent freight movement and reliable dispatch planning designed to reduce unnecessary downtime. Most drivers stay productive throughout the week while maintaining scheduled home time every other weekend.
Benefits Package
Drivers average $1,350-$1,500 weekly depending on mileage and performance. Additional detention compensation is available during qualifying delays. After 6 months, drivers become eligible for medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and 401(k) benefits.
Route Freight
Freight is no-touch and moves primarily through established interstate corridors. Loads are planned to maintain steady movement throughout the week while supporting consistent mileage opportunities for CDL-A truck drivers. The operation focuses on efficiency, communication, and predictable scheduling.
Truck Features
Drivers operate 2021 or newer Freightliner and Kenworth trucks equipped with automatic transmissions. APUs, refrigerators, and inverters are included to improve comfort during extended runs. Trucks are maintained on preventive service schedules to minimize downtime.
Run Schedule
This fleet runs a 12-day schedule with 48 hours at home every other weekend. The schedule provides consistency for drivers looking to balance steady miles with planned home time.
Orientation Process
Orientation includes hotel accommodations, meals, and travel coverage. Driver support teams assist with dispatch communication, maintenance coordination, and onboarding throughout the process.
Class A CDL Requirements
Valid Class A CDL required. Drivers must have a minimum of 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience along with a safe driving record and the ability to meet DOT requirements.
