    Your mission: move complex machines with precision

    Join a first-shift, Monday–Friday team trusted to dismantle, relocate, install, and repair industrial equipment. You’ll combine safe local tractor-trailer operation with expert rigging to deliver results on time.

    Work mix: 5% Driving, 95% Dismantling, relocating, installing, and repairs of industrial equipment and machinery onsite.

    Challenges You’ll Tackle

    • Transport: Safely operate semi tractors and trailers to position materials and equipment.
    • Rigging: Execute lifts, loading/unloading, and final placement using best practices.
    • Project work: Assist with tear-downs, moves, installs, and repairs of machinery.
    • Team coordination: Communicate clearly to keep projects safe and on schedule.
    • Equipment operation: Run forklifts and other heavy equipment as needed.
    • Compliance: Follow DOT regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
    • Upkeep: Maintain tools/vehicles; report any safety or mechanical concerns.

    What You Bring

    • Active CDL Class A with an acceptable MVR.
    • Current DOT physical certification.
    • At least 21 years of age (insurance requirement).
    • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.
    • Deep knowledge of load securement and material handling.
    • Ability to read blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical documentation.
    • Proficiency with hand tools, pallet jacks, dollies, welders, and precision measuring instruments.
    • Physical readiness for demanding work and safe heavy lifting.

    Experience Profile

    • Minimum 2 years CDL driving and rigging experience.
    • Preferred background in machinery moving, industrial installation, or heavy-haul transport.

    Competency Checklist

    • Current CDL and DOT medical card.
    • Truck operations, DOT and equipment inspection compliance, and securement.
    • Forklift licensed; crane operation familiarity.
    • Equipment installation and troubleshooting.
    • Field service readiness; meets physical requirements.
