Compensation

Drivers are paid for every mile plus multiple premium pay opportunities.

Mileage Pay

• $0.375–$0.480 CPM
• Paid on all HUB miles

Additional Pay

• $55 Drop & Hook
• $75 Live Load/Unload
• $40 Hazmat Load
• $75 NYC Congestion Pay (per load)
• $50 George Washington Bridge Pay (per load)
• $200/day Paid Training

Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle
• Haul loaded intermodal containers
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate electronic logs
• Deliver freight safely throughout assigned service areas
• Follow all DOT and company safety regulations

Freight Details

• Local intermodal container operations
• Majority No-Touch Freight
• Import & Export freight
• Approximately 15 loads per week
• Average 1,000 miles per week

Operating Area

Drivers must be willing to run throughout:

• Jersey City
• New York City Boroughs
• Long Island
• Pennsylvania
• Connecticut

This position requires accepting dispatches throughout the entire operating area.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of recent CDL-A driving experience
• Hazmat endorsement required within 60 days of hire
• Comfortable driving throughout the NYC metro area
• Ability to work a slip-seat operation
• Must meet DOT hiring requirements
