Pay & Compensation
- Average Weekly Earnings:$1,500–$1,625
- Average Annual Earnings: Approximately $84,000
- Day Shift:$11.04/hour + $0.41 CPM
- Night Shift:$13.80/hour + $0.41 CPM
- Weekend Shift:$16.56/hour + $0.41 CPM
- Weekly direct deposit
Compensation includes both hourly pay and mileage. Actual earnings vary based on miles driven, shift worked, and workload.
Home Time & Schedule
- Home daily on most routes
- Some assignments may require occasional overnight layovers during the week
- Local intermodal operation
- Day, night, and weekend shifts available
- Routes typically operate within approximately a 250-mile radius of Jacksonville
What You'll Do
- Safely transport loaded and empty intermodal containers
- Pick up and deliver freight between rail yards, ports, distribution centers, and customer locations
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Complete DOT logs and required paperwork
- Follow all rail-yard and terminal safety procedures
- Maintain safe and on-time deliveries

Applicants must live within 35 miles of Jacksonville, FL (32219).
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience
- At least 21 years old
- Current DOT Medical Card
- Must pass DOT drug screen, background check, and MVR review
- No more than two moving violations within the past three years
- Safe driving record and stable work history
- Comfortable operating around rail yards and intermodal terminals
