**About This Role**
We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Commercial Driver to join our transportation team. In this role, you will operate commercial vehicles to transport goods safely and efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and compliance with all federal and state regulations. **Key Responsibilities**
- Operate commercial vehicles safely and responsibly in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Plan and execute efficient routes while meeting delivery schedules
- Maintain accurate vehicle logs and documentation as required by law
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs
- Ensure cargo is properly secured and transported according to guidelines
- Maintain a clean driving record and demonstrate safe driving practices at all times
- Communicate professionally with dispatchers, customers, and team members
**Qualifications**
- Valid Commercial Driver's License with Air Brake endorsement (CDLA)
- Proven experience as a commercial driver
- Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks
- Physical ability to safely operate commercial vehicles
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
**Working Conditions**
This position involves operating commercial vehicles, which may include extended hours and time away from home depending on route assignments. The work environment is typical of over-the-road transportation operations.
**Compensation**
$250.00 per Trip
