CDL A Company Truck Driver Paid Training

Just earned your Class A CDL and looking for a company that will help you gain the experience you need? 365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates in the Ann Arbor, Michigan area for a paid mentor program.

You will spend 4–6 weeks on the road with an experienced trainer, learning the day-to-day responsibilities of professional driving beyond CDL school. After successfully completing training, you will transition to your own truck and may earn $1,600–$1,800 per week.

What You’ll Do During Training

During training, you will ride with an experienced driver who will help you develop the skills and confidence needed to drive independently. You will learn about:

• Safe driving and trip planning
• Pickups and deliveries
• Pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Communication with dispatch
• The everyday responsibilities of an over-the-road driver

After successfully completing the mentor program, you will transition to your own truck and begin driving solo on routes based out of the Ann Arbor, Michigan area.
