CDL A Company Truck Driver Paid Training

Start your trucking career with a company that invests in new drivers. If you have recently earned your Class A CDL and are looking for a company that will help you gain the experience you need, 365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for a paid mentor program serving drivers in the Ann Arbor, Michigan area.

You will spend four to six weeks on the road with an experienced trainer, learning the responsibilities of professional driving beyond CDL school. After successfully completing the training program, you will transition to your own truck and may earn $1,600–$1,800 per week.

What You’ll Do During Training

During training, you will ride with an experienced driver who will help you develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed independently. You will learn:

• Safe driving practices and trip planning
• Pickup and delivery procedures
• Pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Communication with dispatch
• The daily responsibilities of an over-the-road driver

After successfully completing the mentor program, you will transition to your own truck and begin driving solo on routes originating from or serving the Ann Arbor, Michigan area.
