Slice House is expanding in Meridian, and we’re looking for a Catering Sales Lead who knows how to build relationships, drive revenue, and represent a high‑energy, high‑quality brand. What You’ll Do
- Develop and grow catering sales through outreach, networking, and community engagement
- Build relationships with local businesses, schools, sports programs, event planners, and corporate offices
- Respond quickly to catering inquiries and convert leads into orders
- Create repeat business through exceptional follow‑up and customer service
- Coordinate with store leadership to ensure smooth execution of catering orders
- Represent Slice House at community events, tastings, and local partnerships
- Track sales activity and maintain an organized pipeline
What We’re Looking For
- Proven catering, restaurant, or hospitality sales experience (required)
- A natural people-person: outgoing, friendly, confident, and comfortable talking to anyone
- Strong communication and follow‑up skills
- Self‑motivated with a hunter mentality — you like chasing business, not waiting for it
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple leads at once
- Knowledge of the Meridian/Boise business community is a plus
Compensation
