    About Us:

    As we expand, we’re looking for a talented and highly organized Catering Manager to join our team and take the lead in managing both on and off-site events, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth service from start to finish.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Plan, coordinate, and execute catering events across various locations
    • Manage catering staff and schedules for each event
    • Serve as the main point of contact for clients before and during events
    • Oversee food preparation, presentation, and delivery
    • Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation on-site
    • Handle any issues or last-minute changes with professionalism and efficiency
    Qualifications:
    • 2+ years experience in catering management, hospitality, or related food service roles
    • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and experience with catering/event management platforms like Tripleseat is a plus
    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
    • Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
    • Food Safety Certification (preferred but willing to certify the right candidate)
    • Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
