As we expand, we’re looking for a talented and highly organized Catering Manager to join our team and take the lead in managing both on and off-site events, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth service from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute catering events across various locations
- Manage catering staff and schedules for each event
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients before and during events
- Oversee food preparation, presentation, and delivery
- Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation on-site
- Handle any issues or last-minute changes with professionalism and efficiency
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in catering management, hospitality, or related food service roles
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and experience with catering/event management platforms like Tripleseat is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Food Safety Certification (preferred but willing to certify the right candidate)
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
