Education/Experience Required:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in category management or a similar role.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

The Category Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of products, developing strategies to increase market share, and optimizing product performance. Key responsibilities include:

• Analyzing market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborating with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts and pricing.
• Developing promotional strategies to drive sales and profitability.
• Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with supply chain teams to ensure product availability.
• Reporting on category performance and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proven track record of successful category management and strategy implementation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and category management software.
