What You'll Do: As an Intern on our CAT Team, you will:
- Assist Inside CAT Team task management
- Monitor and report on key metrics, including claim rep inventory, inbound and outbound calls, and email counts
- Assist with email monitoring and claim reassignment
- Upload prior claims and endorsements in our company system
- Delegate I/A reviews
- Other projects as assigned
