Job Summary
We are seeking a cashier/Take out specialist/Runner to join the team at our thriving restaurant. In this role, you will take orders at the counter, prepare takeout orders, run food to tables and more. Your goal is to quickly build rapport with patrons and make them feel welcome. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and committed to providing an exceptional dining experience. There is a pooling tip for all personnel.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a smile and be ready to answer any questions about menu
• Take order for dine in and take out. Run food to tables, make salads and prepare takeout orders.
• Provide guests with menus and inform them of any available specials
• Accept payment for meals and operate the cash register

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a host/hostess, server, or busser is preferred
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and carrying trays
• Familiarity with food safety guidelines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
