Description

  • Provide service / support of front of house operations, including but not limited to:
  • Taking accurate food orders from customers (face-to-face / phone / tablet )
  • Maintaining salad bar:
    • Replenishment of items that are running low
    • Cleaning of any spilled food items on / surrounding salad bar
    • Returning salad bar food items to refrigeration at restaurant closing
  • Operating cash register:
    • Drawer management
    • Cash count (at beginning / end of shift)
  • Inputting of credit card & cash orders into PosNet
  • Active communication with back-of-house (BH) team (cooks, cut & wrap team members)
  • Inputting 3rd party pizza orders (DoorDash, GrubHub, UberEats) into point-of-sale system (PosNet)
  • Greeting in-store customers in a friendly manner & serving food from BH to table
    • Ongoing bussing & cleaning of tables
    • Sweeping of dining room floors & mopping (upon closing)
    • Daily spot cleaning of restrooms / thorough cleaning once a week
    • Performs other related duties as assigned
