Description
Job Title: Case Worker
Unit: SOCIAL WORK NON BH
Location: New York, NY 10016
Shift Time: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Duration: 2 Months (Contract Assignment) strong possibilities of extension

Job Responsibilities
Duties:
Under supervision, provides social services to clients/patients, such as; recipients of public assistance, food stamps and/or medical assistance, adults receiving or needing institutional care or protective services. Identifies, develops and implements social service plans for such families/individuals – determine the eligibility for these services and may perform counselling and investigatory activity related to the work.
Qualifications
Skills:
3 years’ experience.
Education:
A Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited college or university.
